Why Think Again by Adam Grant Should Be Your Next Read

Think Again by Adam Grant

If there’s one book I wish I had read sooner, it’s Think Again by Adam Grant. In today’s fast-changing world, the ability to rethink our beliefs and challenge our own assumptions is more important than ever. This book dives into the science of rethinking, helping us move beyond rigid thinking and embrace curiosity, open-mindedness, and adaptability.

One of the key takeaways? Being wrong isn’t a failure—it’s an opportunity to learn and grow. Whether you’re a business owner, leader, or someone navigating today’s polarized conversations, Think Again offers a fresh perspective on how to communicate, collaborate, and make better decisions.

I put this book off for too long—don’t make the same mistake! If you’re ready to sharpen your critical thinking skills and improve the way you approach challenges, this one is worth the read.

Spring Clean Your Business: Refresh, Organize, and Optimize for Success

Woman Cleaning Her Office

Spring isn’t just for cleaning your home; it’s also the perfect time to refresh and revitalize your business! Here are some practical ways to “spring clean” your operations and set yourself up for success:

1. Refresh Your Website

Take a critical look at your website. Update outdated content, check for broken links, and ensure your branding is consistent across all pages. If you have a blog or resource section, consider adding fresh content or reorganizing existing posts for better usability. A polished website leaves a great impression on potential clients and can boost your credibility.

2. Organize Your Digital Files

Declutter your computer and cloud storage. Delete files you no longer need, archive completed projects, and create clear, labeled folders for easy access. An organized digital workspace saves time and reduces stress when you need to find something quickly.

3. Review Your Processes

Identify workflows that could be streamlined or automated. Are there tasks that take up too much of your time? Explore tools or systems that can help you work smarter, not harder. For example, automated scheduling tools or project management software can make a big difference.

4. Revisit Your Goals

Take a moment to reflect on your goals for the year. Are you on track, or do you need to adjust your strategies? Break larger goals into smaller, actionable steps to make them more achievable.

Event Spotlight: Reflections from the 3rd Annual Growth Summit

HAS Solutions | Social Connector | CRM

Stepping into a room filled with over 150 incredible women at this year’s Growth Summit was nothing short of inspiring. It was a day filled with connectionlearning, and personal growth—one that left me with so much to reflect on.

This year’s event featured an amazing lineup of speakers, with powerful main-stage sessions and specialized breakout pods covering Faith, Business, Wellness, & Women’s Empowerment. I had the opportunity to attend three breakout sessions that truly resonated with me:

✨ Dr. Ruth Bomar, PhD – ADHD Coach
Dr. Bomar’s session was eye-opening in understanding how ADHD affects adults, especially in business and daily life. She shared strategies for harnessing strengths rather than feeling limited by challenges, and it was a refreshing perspective on working with your brain instead of against it.

💰 Alison Reeves – Money Mindset Coach
Alison broke down the emotional and mental barriers that often hold us back from financial success. Her approach to money mindset wasn’t just about numbers—it was about beliefshabits, and shifting the way we see ourselves in relation to wealth. A true game-changer.

💪 Heather Hartman – Personal Safety Expert
Heather’s session was a much-needed reminder of the importance of situational awareness and personal safety. As women in business, we often focus on strategy and growth, but ensuring we’re confident and prepared in any environment is just as crucial. Her practical advice was something I immediately started implementing.

Each speaker, in their own way, emphasized the power of mindsetstrategy, and awareness in creating lasting success—whether in business, personal growth, or everyday life we have to be willing to learn, adapt, and take action.

If you’ve never attended a Growth Summit, I highly encourage you to mark your calendar for April 24, 2026. This was my first year both attending and helping to plan the event, and I can confidently say—you won’t want to miss the next one!

HAS Solutions’ Client Spotlight: Lori Gasca

HAS Solutions | Social Connector | CRM

Six months ago, I stepped out of my comfort zone and walked into a room filled with women in business at a networking event called First Mondays, hosted by Lori Gasca. I didn’t know then how much that decision would impact my journey. Lori’s passion for creating spaces where women can learnconnect, and grow is evident in everything she does.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Lori to plan and execute the 3rd Annual Growth Summit, a transformational event that brought together over 150 incredible women. Her dedication to empowering others extends beyond just one event—she is constantly looking for ways to uplift and support women in businesslife, and faith.

Lori isn’t slowing down anytime soon! At the Growth Summit, she announced the launch of her newest passion project, The BloomHER Collective, a nonprofit dedicated to providing faith-centered resources and a strong community for women seeking growth in FaithBusinessWellness, and Empowerment. Next month, I’ll be diving deeper into this exciting new initiative and how it’s already making an impact!

Lori’s leadership, vision, and heart for connection have influenced so many—including me. If you ever get the chance to attend one of her events or be part of her network, I highly encourage it! You can learn more about Lori by clicking the button below.

Building Strong Client Relationships & Referrals

HAS Solutions | Social Connector | CRM

Strong client relationships are the foundation of a thriving business. When you nurture these connections, you create long-term partnerships, boost client retention, and open the door for organic referrals. In February—the month of connections and appreciation—it’s the perfect time to focus on strengthening these relationships and building a network that works for you.

1. Show Genuine Appreciation

A simple thank-you can make a lasting impression. Whether it’s a handwritten card, a thoughtful email, or a small token of appreciation, personalized gestures show clients that you value their business. These little moments of gratitude strengthen relationships and remind clients why they love working with you.

2. Communicate Regularly

Staying in touch with your clients isn’t just about business—it’s about building trust. Share updates, check in on their needs, or offer helpful insights through a monthly newsletter or personalized messages. Consistent, meaningful communication keeps you top-of-mind and reinforces your commitment to their success.

3. Encourage and Give Referrals

Your happiest clients are often your best advocates. Don’t hesitate to ask for referrals from those who love working with you—it’s one of the most powerful ways to grow your business. Likewise, refer trusted businesses to your clients when you see a good fit. Creating a strong referral network fosters mutual support and strengthens professional relationships. Consider implementing a referral program to reward and encourage word-of-mouth recommendations.

How HAS Solutions Can Help

At HAS Solutions, I specialize in helping businesses create meaningful client connections. Whether it’s crafting compelling messages, managing referral programs, or setting up systems to track and nurture relationships, I’m here to support you.
